    The Masons Arms The Masons Arms in Solihull High Street is having a refurbishment.

    Loungers The Bristol owners of Desco Lounge in Shirley is to open a new Bar in Solihull High street in a former shoe shop. It is expected to sell real ale.

    SamoanJoes The Met Bar is to reopen as SamoanJoes. No real ale.

    The Sadlers Arms This closed pub has apparently now been sold.

  • Winged Spur Reopening on Sunday 5th November Sunday 5 November 2017

    The Winged Spur in Ullenhall (Winged Spur ) reopens on Sunday 5 November at 13.00. There will be 4 real ales (including Doom Bar) and a free buffet. Solihull CAMRA members are welcome.   • Red Lion Earlswood Closing for reburbishment Monday 2 October 2017

    The Red Lion Earlswood (Red Lion) will be closed from 2nd to 8th October for refurbishment

  • Durham Ox Tuesday 19 September 2017

    The Durham Ox was bought by a small local company Suburban Inns earlier this year and is therefore no longer part of the Green King Old English Inns group. Plans are in place to refurbish the pub to make it a true local country pub. Three real ales are currently on offer from the local Church Farm Brewery.
