    West Midland County Pub of the year award presentation to the Ale Rooms.

  • Local Pub News July/August Sunday 19 August 2018

    The Dingle (The Harvester )has reopened after a refurbishment.

    The Damson has reopened.

    The new craft ale bar (The Craft Inn) at 195 Stratford Road Shirley is due open on 6th September.

    The Durham Ox reopened after major redevelopment on Thursday 9th August at 19:00

    Platform 3 at Olton Station is opening on the 22nd August. It will be serving 3 real ales, currently Tribute, Enville Ale and Golden Glow. In the future they are aiming to have a selection of craft beers in bottles and cans. See http://www.platformthreeolton.co.uk/

  • 25th Tamworth Beer Festival Thursday 6 – Saturday 8 September 2018

    Masonic Rooms, 29 Lichfield Street, Tamworth B79 7QE.

    75+ ales plus ciders, perries and bottled beers from micro breweries, including festival specials and many new ales. Open Thu to Sat 11-11pm. Admission £3 except Fri 5-11pm (£4) and Sat (£1). CAMRA members free at all times.
